Hey guys!

Hope you are having a great week---I'm am super happy to report that all rewards are going out this week----over half of you have received emails with shipping info, and the other half will by tonight and tomorrow---and all rewards will be shipped by Thursday! You will receive tracking info in your email so you'll know when it's en route.

And, I wanted to share an update a pic of our grow light and microgreens! They sprouted in about 4 days and here they are just a week after that (totally ready to harvest!) They were only grown using the grow light (no direct sun!) and look how well they did;) The grow lights are adjustable, so as the greens grow, I was able to raise the light up. And, these can be grown any time of year----so if you received an extra set of micrograms for sharing our project, you can use this with your extra bonus soil wafer to grow this in your kit before you plant the actual kit. 

(Oh, and one other thing------Our grow light source ran out of lights half way, so some of you will get the blue lights pictured above---they both work the same, just one is USB/battery powered, and the other is an AC/rechargeable. It will be random who gets which one---this was the only snag we hit, and it wasn't a big one, but wanted to let you know so you weren't surprised!)

Getting Your Rewards Ready!

Hi all! I hope you are having an amazing weekend!

We have been super busy getting all of the stars aligned for this project, and I'm happy to report that we are on track! Next week, we will start shipping your grow kits! It's been really fun to see all of this come together---here's a sneak peek;)

 And, here is what Ajax thinks about the new kits. He's two and planted this himself a few weeks ago (I still get this excited when I pick stuff;) 

More updates and pics to come----and make sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram for even more pics of the insanity from Homesweet HQ next week. The plan is to ship them all over the next two weeks. Everyone will be getting an email with tracking info, so stay tuned. 

I am so excited with how these kits are shaping up, and we can't wait to get them off to you!!!

Cilantro Grow Kit Add-on just added to Backerkit! And, survey extension!

Hello all! Hope that everyone is having a great week!

With the holiday, we are still waiting on a few surveys to come in, so we are extending the lockdown for backer kit until next Monday, Nov. 30. And, in the meantime, have some exciting news----we are adding the Cilantro Grow Kit as an add on! 

We are still about $2,000 away from unlocking the free cilantro kit for all, but  so many of you requested this kit to buy that I wanted to add it on regardless-----if we hit the extra $2,000, you'll all still get one, but now people can add one on as a definite!

Backerkit update! All Surveys due Friday

Hi guys! 

Just wanted to send a quick update and let you know how the backerkit was going----so far, we have heard from about 2/3s of you all, and have added $853 in add-ons (getting closer to the cilantro add-on bonus!) 

We are eager to get these rewards off to you all for the holiday, so we will need all backerkit surveys filled out by this Friday, Nov 27. We plan on assembling rewards the week of Dec. 3, and shipping out pronto after that! If you didn't receive your backerkit survey, here is a direct link:

Backerkit Surveys just went out! And, it counts towards our Stretch Goals!

Hi guys!

We just sent out our backer kit surveys, so keep an eye out in your inbox! And, all add -ons count towards the cilantro 20K stretch goal! We are just under 4K away from that, but if every backer added $10 or so to their pledge, we would actually make that, so it's not out of the question! And, we have lots of great add-ons that would make awesome presents (like a 3-pack of hot sauce, sign copies of Homesweet Homegrown, and extra grow kits!)

We have a short runway here (all pledges and add-ons will make it to you guys by the holidays!) so please try to respond to your survey as quickly as you can. We are shooting to lockdown all surveys by 11/30!
